ARG!

Firstly, I would like to convey my frustration with not being able to advertise my blog anywhere and probably nobody reading these posts! If you are one of a handful of people reading this I would really appreciate some advice on how to get my opinions heard, either through Blogger or a different format. I realize that I have been posting for a week but I'm a very impatient person!! :)
Anyway to Liverpool FC! A lot has changed since my last post: Insua is set to stay; Torres has commited his future to the Reds; we have apparently agreed a fee with Juventus, of £5.5M and the ownership battle has entered a new phase. My pick of the bunch is the ownership battle, although I'm obviously still delighted that Nando has commited his future it's just that I expected this anyway! Apparently Liverpool have two major suitors, from Canada/Syria and China. It appears the Canadians/Syrians are more likely as a major newspaper is quoted as saying that they have already agreed a fee and met with the Premier League to prove they are 'Fit and Proper'. However, Kenny Huang has denied claims a bid has been made but states he is still 'Very interested.'. It seems the Yanks prefer the Canadian/Syrian party, fronted by Yahya Kirdi, as Huang values their joint stakes as nothing. I'm very skeptical about goings-on at Anfield at the moment but I follow it a lot.

First post!

As most blogs to do with Liverpool probably start with a rant about the Yanks I thought I'd do the same. I don't know if you heard but during the fiasco and outbursts of optimism after J.C's arrival on Merseyside, the Yanks raised ticket prices by 15%! I'm still a student so I'm strapped for cash anyway but now I may have to miss out on two or three games I could have been able to see at last year's prices. I understand that to some this may not seem that bad, but I think even those of you who feel that way can appreciate how under-hand and sneaky it is of the Yanks to attempt to cover up this price rise by releasing the information at a time when most fans ears are listening elsewhere!
Another thing I would like to address is the way money seems to disappear around the traitorous duo. In the 2009/10 Summer transfer window a budget of £20million plus player sales was given to Rafa. Rafa spent: 17 million on Johnson; £16.5 million on Aquilani  (With possible bonuses) and £2 million on Kyrigakos. This amounts to £35.5 million in total. Yet Liverpool received close to £40 million in player sale!! So where'd this extra £24.5 million go? It's not as if poor Rafa had it to spend  in the January transfer window is it! And even in this season's window their supposed 'Substantial' transfer budget is only around £10 million! ..They have also managed to sneak the £6 million from Yossi's sale, after Woy was told he couldn't use that money for transfers as it was going personally to the owners! I'm afraid it looks like the Yanks are aiming to drain every last penny out of our club before leaving! ...Which doesn't seem to be happening very soon

   Am I over-reacting?
